It is not very productive to continue to complain about me personally
and how I operate the groups. For those who do not like the way the
groups operate they have several choices including:

(a) Unsubscribe
(b) Switch to Web Only
(c) Use their Delete key.

Medical articles are posted in the same format they are published.
Many of them require a paid subscription to access the entire article
and charge thousands a year for subscriptions. It is illegal to post
the entire article even if a subscriber. Those who have a serious
interest in an article can access it through a library, physician, or
other location who may be a paid subscriber.

The groups are provided free of charge on an "as is" basis. Those who
dislike me so much personally and/or the groups do have the choice of
leaving instead of their efforts to undermine the group.
Enough is enough. There are over 1,800 in the new group and over 1,700
in this one. There are very few "oldies" who have actually left and
both groups continue to gain new people every week.
