I am no longer a moderator or owner of the Yahoo group since I was banned from Yahoo and it remains in legal limbo. I am legally still the owner but cannot regain control of the group without spending many thousands of dollars in legal fees to try to fight Yahoo. A new group was set up on Google and a message forum was set up at http://cmlhope.com so people would have a place to communicate with each other. The Yahoo group remains open because some have refused to move to the new group.
Without a moderator there will likely be future problems with the Yahoo group but there is nothing that can be done about it. The new groups are set up on Google and CMLHope.Com for those who want to participate in them.
