Hi Nancy, I am on 400mg. and my current procedure for taking it is to use tomato juice and take it halfway through my evening meal. This has pretty much eliminated the nausea although others have said that your body adjusts to the medication. The previous poster has also addressed the pulsating sensations especially on 800 mg. We are not alone!
