Nine year-old male patient, who underwent bone marrow transplantation
because of acute myelogenous leukemia, presented with fever and dry cough three
days after the procedure. The chest radiograph demonstrated bilateral diffuse
reticular infiltrate. The high resolution computed tomography showed
peribronchovascular interstitial thickening, peripheral small centrilobular
nodules and areas of ground-glass attenuation.
