Hi Dane, I'm sorry you have this issue now--I've been so happy to see how well you've been doing. I think this is just a little bump in the road and with 100% donor cells you should be able to use the graft-vs-leukemia effect to get the bcr-abl back down. I do want to let you know that I remember at least one case where someone had a transplant because of resistence to Gleevec and then had to again take Gleevec after the transplant because of relapse and Gleevec did work and the person went pcru. The remaining cml cells might not be the ones that were resistent to Gleevec so it could very well work even though it didn't before the transplant. I don't remember where I read this--so I'm sorry I can't give you the specifics. I just wanted to let you know about this as you might not yet qualify for a BMS or AMN trial at this particular time and these drugs are only available on a trial right now.
