Hi, all - again - Dona had her echocargiogram repeated today t o compare with October 2003. The cardiologist told her that this is much more revealing than an xray and that the xray was misread. She has quite a lot of fluid around her heart - and it has increased since 2003, but it is not enough to warrant draining it (via needle). The internal med. Dr. had told her not to go ahead with another glaucoma operation - so now sounds as if she can do that. The final report will not go to Dr. Talpaz until Monday or Tuesday but I am sure she will stay on IM. She will probably be leaving Tucson for Minneapolis for the eye surgery. Avis (Hertz Nurtle)
