HI Dianne,I started out on 800 mg Jan 5,2005.I am now on 600 mg,which I can tolerate.The 800 mg made me sick and I could do anything but stay in bed all day.On the 600 I have somewhat of a life.I dont knoe if anyone else has this problem but my eyes,mostly my rt eye tear alot.I have also had alot of cramping in my right hand.Good luck..
