I am so sorry you have to be a part of this group
but I think it will help. My son has CML and I have found great
comfort in volunteering with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. That
organization raises alot of money for research . They supported the
developmant of Gleevec and have my lifelong gratitude for doing that.
There will be a chapter in your area. They can help you directly in many
ways and also need help from people like yourself. You can look up their
website on the internet. There is probably a CMLHOPE group in
Washington. There is alot of hope for a cure in years to come. It's
impossible not to worry,especially in the beginning but hope also as there is
