I too have been receiving elevated blood levels for almost a year.
Can't seem to get a handle on it. I did do all the required tests for
diabetes and that all came back negative. My wife has type 2 diabetes
for almost 20 years, so I trust her Dr. I can't directly tie it
Gleevec but I do wonder. I am also now borderline high blood pressure
and have been attempting to find ways to lower it and have not had any
success yet. I have also had heart bypass surgery 13 years ago and my
resting heart rate rarely ever gets below 70. My dad ran track in high
school and at the end of a race he was still had a heart rate below
70. Now that we are watching very little variance I feel that I am
becoming hyper about all of this.
