Penny, during this time frame, my PCR counts were going up and down. One month I had improved and then the next, I had backslid some. I was increased to 800mg which did do the trick but I could not tolerate the 800mg so I now take 600mg and holding steady at the moment. Love, Peace, Prayers, & Hope, Pat
