It is a "good" feeling to know that probably all young people are thinking the same way like me. I was thinking about having a baby before I have BMT. But now since my sister is not a perfect match for transplantation, does it mean that if I would have unrelated donor there is a higher level that my body will not accept the bone marrow?
I was always making important decisions very easily.  I do not think I am able to make this one. I am leaving it on the doctor. I know back home in my country I wouldn't have an option to choose. BMT would be as a first thing ready for me. No Gleevec and they say that it is very succesful procedure for young people, especially in the chronic phase of CML.
Well good luck to everybody, if anybody of you will make a decision for BMT, let us know. Also Susanna, Vegas, do you have a baby? My another concern.
Thank you, have a great weekend.
Livia
