Dear Fellow Listmembers:
As many of you know by know, a Phase II cliniical trial for the CML breakpoint fusion peptide vaccine known commercially as CML VAX 500 is now underway at Sloan-Kettering (www.mskcc.org) in New York City.
Following completion of the initial trial at MSKCC, a second, larger Phase II trial is planned which will be available at several centers throughout the U.S., according to MSKCC sources. I do not yet know if trials are planned for centers outside of the U.S. but will attempt to find out during my Wednesday consult at MSKCC.
As soon as learn the time frame and locations of the multi-center vaccine trials, I will let everyone know.
