HI having a temp means there is an infection somewhere. Have him check for this. I had a fever when I first was dx. I once had a strep throat and was running fever everyday but didn't know it was my throat. So have him checked for infection. And I agree, the drs are new is using this IM and we have to listen to our own bodies and see what his happening. We are the new trial phases for IM everyone of us that take it is on a trial and error basis. We must also remember that Leukemia is a deadly disease and fight it with all we have in our power.  I believe this includes meds, prayer. faith, improving our eating habits and just taking care of ourselves like never before. Take time for yourself no matter how many family trials you are going through. You are a special person to God and he wants us to take care of our bodies. Walk in the garden, go fishing, go swimming do SOMETHINGGGGGGGGG. I like watching funny movies; any one watched Laural and Hardie lately; they are funny. In other words get fine tuned to your daily life and live it to the fullest. Blessings to you and your dad.
