It shows up in your blood work if your having kidney problems in the creatinine serum. Dr O'Brien sent me to John Foringer an Kidney specialist at MDAnderson. He did a sonogram of my kidneys and they are both 20% dehydrated, they have gotten better since I've been off the gleevec but my kidneys are still damaged. I trying now to get on one of the trial drugs. I'm going tomorrow to meet with Dr. Qazilbast at MDAnerson about joining the Luekemia Vaccine trial. Irene
