Dr. Frank Giles posted a response to my message on Jerry's site
about
the VX-680 trial for CML patients with the T315I mutation.
He indicated
there are a "very limited" number of slots available and that
additional
slots will be added about once a month. The trial requires patients
to
stay in Houston for at least one month.
If any of you have the T315I mutation and potentially wish
to try to get
into this trial it would be a good idea to get your name in as soon
as
possible while there are slots available. Dr. Giles
said patients could
contact him, Dr. Hagop Kantarjian, or Dr. Jorge Cortes.
