For those new to the group I have posted a link to the appeals procedures
for
the Novartis Patient Assistance Program. CMLHope.Com was able to get
Novartis to put in place appeals procedures in 2004 for CML patients
who
were turned down for financial assistance. Anyone who has been turned
down should appeal the decision and pursue it further by taking the
steps
that are outlined in the article. Most patients who can show a
financial
hardship should be successful in obtaining help
from Novartis.
