Hi Go to the health food store and buy some Black Strap Molasses.
It must say Black Strap.
It is full of iron and potassium.
Take by the tablespoon just like a dose of meds. Drink a glass of water after to dilute it in your tummy.  3 table spoons a day will furnish your required Iron.
You can use it on pancakes but it has a strong taste so I take it like meds.
