Terry's name on the system I will contact the Novartis person in charge of the
program and let them know the problems he is having. They contract the work out
to a firm and may not be aware of the problems people are having.

well, they have now put me into a voice mail of a customer service
supervisor. The poor girl that took my call was extremely
apologetic about their inability to seem to ship on a constant basis.
Terry has had to do without Gleevec as long as a month or more due to
their problems. Today, she confirmed that we called in to receive
shipment on July 22, however, she said that the order just never
shipped. She was quite dumbfounded.
we also commented that the wrong doctor's name was still on the last
couple of bottles we received & that we also requested that they ship to
our doctor's office to speed up the apparent contacting & shipping
problems
she sent in a request to overnight the 7/22 order, but she apologized
again, that she does not personally able to oversee that the shipment goes
out, so she said to call back on Friday afternoon, if our pills don't make it
somewhere
