I know it is hard not to worry, but your counts are pretty normal.  They don't usually worry unless your WBC is above 10.  I have CML and I also work as a nurse and I asure you, you need not worry.  The most important count within your WBC is your neutro[hil count and if it's okay they it's all good!!

I know that my counts are low, because on the report there is a start and L, and also the ranges for every single value. I have been checking my WBC and they were usually below the limit or on a border of limit. Now suddenly I am withing the range !!! Of course I know it is good, just wondering why they were usually 3.5 - 3.9 and now 5.3. It is a jump.
I worrie too much,... I am a woman : ) Just kidding.

Thanks for your answers...
