Hi Kelly and Welcome, I know what you mean about first getting GLEEVAC. I have to pay a $2300 co-pay and it's not easy. I too wondered if it was all it was suppose to be. I prayed on this and finally felt I should give it a try. 4 little pills so small and so bitter. Has anyone ever tried to chew them they are terrible. I take 4 in the morning with breakfast; I have tried all other times of the day, but I'm a morning person and find that activity helps after taking them. I never ate much breakfast, but started having a large breakfast and take my pills half way through the meal. They never make me sick on my tummy unless I took them with something spicy(once when I tried taking them at dinner) with chili.  Wow! did I have indigestion. I was never a water drinker but now try to increase my water intake. I eat yogurt, take vitamins, cod liver oil, black strap  molassess and in general try to take care of my body. I walk and garden for exercise; this is very important. Do something each day whether you feel like it or not. My family has given me a lot of support and this helps a lot. Live each day for the day and don't think of tomorrow. Enjoy each day to the fullest with your loved ones and take some time for just yourself. Take soaks, light candles, meditate on good things. Try to get outdoors as much as you can. Deep breathing helps get that oxygen into you blood cells, I'm so sorry for you loss. Good luck and many blessing; we are here for you daily.
