Hi Karen,
Do these exercises daily.
They are easy and you can do them anytime.
With you head looking straight ahead, roll your left eye as far left as possible;; like you were looking out the side of your eye, then roll it around still looking left head staight ahead.
This is easy once you get the hang of it. Roll for a few times, start off easy and do more s you get use to it.  Do the same thing with you right eye.
Next look straight ahead and  roll your eyes round and round.
Next bend you head down three times, back three times, sideways 3 times left and right.
Next roll your whole head around three times, left to right and then right to left.
Once you get use to this, you can do it anytime.  I also like to squeeze my eyes together and then release.
It won't take long and it strenthens you eyes.
I had the spots so bad, an a lady on our list gave me these exercises.
My daughter does these and says her sight is getting better.
