Hi to
everyone. I have been so overwhelmed with work the last few weeks.I also
had a chance to travel with my husband for a short vacation.. I want you
to know though that I have been reading all your e-mails and all the
valuable information provided by Nancy on Dr. Bubalo's notes and
others. Congratulation to Cheryl for her 5 th
anniversary.
I Hate to ask
for advice when I've been so lax lately, but I need some opinions. I got
my QPCR results . Counts were higher than the last
test.
My B2A2 is less than 0.001% limit (thanks GOD)
but B3A2 is now 0.045. Last time I had a reading of 0.025% for B3A2. My stubborn
count of B3A2 has been fluctuating between 0.06 and 0.025 for the last 10
months. I am on 400 mg of Gleevec. I will see my doctor in two weeks. Although I
know that this is still a low count but I wonder if any one had the same
situation and had to increase dosage.I think this standard dose is not enough to
kill all leukemia cells and achieve PCRU. Don't take me wrong, I am grateful to
Gleevec/ IM for giving me hope for a better life with
CML.
Love and Peace to you all
