Hi all, Glad to hear he's ok. I have the problem of not drinking enough water. I have never been a water drinker and drink very little liquid. I have been trying to increase my liquid intake but I forget the drink the water. I do drink a cup of coffee in the morning and my daily milk. I also like juices so maybe this helps. Apple, orange and carrot juice are my favorites. But water is so important also. It contains a lot of the  minerals we need daily. So more water everyone hehe.
