The answer is YES, YES! I too live in this ever changing weather of
TN. I haven't found much to really relieve it. I take Vicodin, use
lidocaine patches on my lower back and hips. Ibuprofen seems to work
better than some things, I occasionally take it with my pain meds for
a boost. The cold weather really has my bones aching to the bone. I'm
also cold all the time. Once I get cold, it is hard for me to ever get
warmed back up. I take super hot showers or baths to warm up and also
for bone pain and I use a heating pad. I hope this helps you some.
