This is exactly what has happened to me, I was receiving my Gleevec
thru PAP (Novartis). Novartis sent me a letter stating that I was no
longer eligible for PAP because I was eligible for medicare D. I was in
a panic, but novartis has been helping me figure out which drug
companies would be my best bet. I don't know if you will or have gotten
a letter from PAP. But if you do Novartis will help you thru the
process. they even said that if for some reason I still can't afford
my Gleevec, that they also have programs. Novartis told me also that
the companies with no deductibles for drug coverage does not have that
doughnut hole( I call it the Money pit).I will continue to update you
all as I find out more.
