Hi Jennifer, I too had to reduce my dosage as a result of white blood cell counts dropping. My Doctor gradually increased my dosage over time keeping a close eye on my white blood cell counts until I reached 600mg. Once at 600mg I quickly achieved molecular remission and have been dropped back down to 400mg where I remain today.
