I had vertigo a couple of years
ago. I was in bed for three days unable to lift my head. I was nauseous
and it took three days of meclazine before I could sit up. I am certain it was
from gleevec. My ears ring all the time with tinitus as well. The
vertigo left after 6 months or so. During that time I could not tip my
head in certain directions without feeling like I was going over!!
I have been on gleevec since
6-11-02.
I hope you can get rid of it.
Again, meclazine is a wonder drug for that. I think if I remember right, I
had to call the doctor for a script because they don't sell it over the
counter....
