Anjana, I will be so glad when his new Dr. gets here in July.He is an ONC And hematologist,The Dr. he is seeing right now is just a hematologist.I am going to ask about Neupogen though. I read that article on RDW and that is what I thought it said. I asked the Dr. about RDW and she just kind of sluffed it off. I don't like that at all,I want to know every thing we are dealing with. to Gleevec therapy, I may have posted to you before and it may be in
the archives.

Sandy, it is very positive that Randy is responding to the 600mg dose
so it may be worthwhile discussing with the doctor keeping him at this
dose with a white cell booster like Neupogen to raise the ANC if it
goes down. That way, he can remain on this Gleevec dose and go to CCR.
Talk to the doctor and see.

I think the RDW study on Gleevec therapy is in the archives. Good
you remembered it.
