I had almost every side effect. I was taking 22 other drugs for the side effects.I was in a wheel chair for 1 year because I was too weak to walk. I was sleeping 18 hours a day. When my kidneys started failing, They took me off all the drugs and started re-introducing Gleevec again, all the side effects came back. I had no side effects with PR1 vaccine other than a lump where I got the shots. I heard rumors that they are going to have a trial just for CML. I go to MDAnderson every 3 months so they are keeping a close eye on me.
