Hi there,

I just started on Gleevec and have been having the same problems.   I just 
want to say that Tylenol may interfere with Gleevec and effect its 
concentration in the blood.   So I think Advil or motrin is a better choice. 
  I find motrin very helpful with the muscle ache.
