I have been on Sprycel or Dasatinib 70 mg twice daily for a week since Gleevec stopped working after three years. The two side effects that trouble me are dirrhea and shortness of breath. I found the site www.bms.com which is Brystol-Meyers Squibb the producer's site and those two side effects are very common. No word there on managing side effects. I have an excellent oncologist who is up to daye on CML.And I will continue to see her weekly and discuss side effects etc. I wonder if you are on the drug I am getting and how you are managing side effects?
