Have any others in the group had difficulty getting Sprycel

I was at MDAnderson today for a blood check. I was suppose to start
Sprycel but my insurance company has it listed as a non-formulary drug
which meant that my co-pay would be $ 23,282.88 for the year for the
Sprycel. Their formulary committee does not meet until December so that
is not helping me. We did send letters and a letter to my congressman
as I have federal employee Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. No responses  so
far ..... So plan B, I'm taking the tests next week to see if I can get
accepted to the SKI-606 trial.  Anyone on this trial ?

dx 5/04 Gleevec til 5/05 intolerant
PR1 vaccine 8/5 til 12/05 didn't work
Just waiting for something better to come along.
