I can pick out only two of the symptoms mentioned here that I remember
having before the enlarged spleen caused me to go to the doctor. The
lost weight (no loss of appetite, though, cause I could eat anything I
wanted and the weight just kept falling off) and the bone or joint
pain. I distinctly remember telling my husband one night after going
to bed that it was hard to explain, but my bones hurt. I just figured
it was the beginning of arthritis or something. It was the
unexplainable weight loss that told me something wasn't right, but I
was in denial because I was enjoying getting down to the weight I was
twenty years ago and being able to fit into the smaller clothes once
again. What is it the Bible says about "vanity"? Hmmm, well, I
certainly learned my lesson there, didn't I?

Keep Looking Up,
Suzieq
