I am positive it can be done with blood work only, because they did the test with my sister...she was not a match. Anyway, with advancements coming as fast as they seem to, I would not doubt what Tim said about the swabbing. Either way matching is pretty easy to do. It is finding one that can be a pain in the rear..hehehe
