Dear Mary, In our clinic's Sprycel trials, docs transfused when HGB went below 8. Is Joe on Procrit, that may help.
Sprycel was not allowed with blood thinners in the trial because animal studies had shown bleeding issues with Sprycel. Warfarin is a blood thinner.
