Hi Mike -- I have been on Gleevec for three years and I also had nausea at first some bouts of it off and on. In the past two to three months, however, I have had a major problem with nausea and am constantly taking anti emetics such as compazine. I have come to the conclusion, though, that coffee seems to worsen the nausea and sometimes even set it off for me. I've been on Gleevec for 2 years. I had nausea for the first couple of weeks, but it then went away. Lately, I've been nauseous in the morning. I've no idea if the problem is the Gleevec or something else. Have any of you had nausea after taking Gleevec for a long time?
