Welcome, Jennifer.  Make sure you tell the kids that Mommy will be just
fine, because you certainly will be.  Life will seem somewhat normal
again over time.

Your body will need to adjust to Gleevec, and everyone reacts a little
differently to it.  Some side effects will decrease or even go away
over time.  Then you will need to think more about how to control the
remaining ones.

The side effects are generally hard to reduce by supplements.  But my
Oncologist wants me to take a good multiple vitamin daily with folic
acid and Vitamin C, and also exercise regularly.  There is a discussion
