Just to give you more hope -I am 65 and was dxd on
September 16, 2002. The first few months were crazy
with worry, tests, more tests and getting used to
Gleevec. Now, it's just a part of my day, my month,
my year - others worry about me more than I do. Don't
get me wrong, there are still days when I am very
tired, feeling "crappy", etc. but I'm here and intend
to stick around for a long time yet!
