Hi Lori here are the results of my BMA done 10/03/07

 got some results back on my BMA and will write a little of what it  said.  
FINAL DIAGNOSIS
Bone Marrow Aspirate and Biopsy
Moderately Hypercellular marrow with Trilinear
Maturation and Megakaryocytic hyperplasia consistant with
Patient's prior diagnosis of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia
Increased Blast are not detected
Significant myelofibrosis is not detected
COMMENT>
The marrow is moderately hypercellular (60% cellulariety) Trillnear  
matuation is identified with and estimatied myeloid to erythroik (M:E) ration 
of  
1.7:1.  Significantly increased blast are not detected.  Significant  reticulin 
myelofibrosis in not identified.
INTERPRETION:
No immunophenotypic evidence of a neoplastic lymphoid population
Minimal increase in Myeloblanst detected (2-3 %)
I know this sounds like greek to us but it gives the onc an understanding  of 
where the CML is at this time.
The bad thing on the report was that my platelets were over 900 at this  time 
and that puts me into thrombocytosis.
