FINAL DIAGNOSIS Bone Marrow Aspirate and Biopsy Moderately Hypercellular marrow with Trilinear Maturation and Megakaryocytic hyperplasia consistant with Patient's prior diagnosis of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Increased Blast are not detected Significant myelofibrosis is not detected COMMENT> The marrow is moderately hypercellular (60% cellulariety) Trillnear matuation is identified with and estimatied myeloid to erythroik (M:E) ration of 1.7:1. Significantly increased blast are not detected. Significant reticulin myelofibrosis in not identified. INTERPRETION: No immunophenotypic evidence of a neoplastic lymphoid population Minimal increase in Myeloblanst detected (2-3 %) I know this sounds like greek to us but it gives the onc an understanding of where the CML is at this time. The bad thing on the report was that my platelets were over 900 at this time and that puts me into thrombocytosis. ************************************** See what's new at http://www.aol.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ [CMLHope] A support group of http://cmlhope.com ------------------------------------------------- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CMLHope" group.
