Most of those symptoms can be attributed to the very low platelet
count.

First, you should check in with your Lupus doctor if you have not
already.  Thrombocytopenia could be to a drug effect with Gleevec but
it is quite rare with someone who has been treated with Gleevec for so
long.  I have also heard of people with lupus suddenly dropping their
platelets.

Also your Oncologist will probably want to check your bone marrow to
make sure the platelets are being properly produced.
