I think your BMA would tell someone if they had bone  cancer.
 
 
Bone pain

Sometimes people with chronic leukaemia  get aches in their bones.  This is 
because there are leukaemia cells  crowding in the bone marrow, increasing 
pressure on nerves and causing  pain.
