Hi, I diagnosed with CML September 1998, and started with Gleevec during the drug trials.
Rash and various skin reactions have been a continuing problem for me. One time during a period of a major itching red rash on my face and neck, after consulting Dr. Drucker, I actually stopped Gleevec for a period of five weeks with no ill effects. Do not hesitate to seek additional assistance with a Dermatologist, and continue to see him/her as needed as they specialize in skin problems. Gleevec continues to work absolutely great for me, and life is good. Good luck.
