Thanks a lot. I was thinking of taking a Gleevec vacation until my  
neutrophils come back up, but I will talk to my onc first. I am getting my 
blood  
checked every two weeks and it's strange how fast you cbcs can change.
I think the 400 mgs but be the safe dose for Gleevec, but if you have to  
take more, it comes with risk.
Of course, all meds come with risk.
I take mine with a dose of faith thrown in for good measure hehe.

infection, below 1000 to 2000 small chance of
infection, and below  1000 wash hands a lot keep out of
crowded or a three foot space around you  but try not
to get into crowds...and I would not be supprised if
the  dose is causing the wbc to come down and knocking
you ANC down..
