Now you are hitting home with the cramps. My toes, hands and fingers, thigh
muscles, chest muscles (thought those were heart attacks), upper arms,
arches in feet.......when I was on Gleevec.......then went to Sprycel and
guess
what? NO Cramps.....I am now on Tasigna (made by same company as
Gleevec)....yup cramps again. But I have learned....carry oj with me or a
banana, orange,
anything with potassium will help.

I empathize with you for sure.

My hands cramped all the time on Gleevec. I especially had cramping
in the little finger knuckle... and it was incredibly painful. It
happened most when I over used them - in cooking, chopping. or any
activity that caused me to actively engage my hands. I teach so
grading papers always brought on a siege of them. Drinking tonic
water, eating a lot of bananas, and taking calcium helped a lot.
I hope this helps.
