I had hairy cell leukemia in 1993 and had several bone marrow biopsies for that. I was diagnosed with CML in 1998 and have had 2 or more bone marrow aspirations or biopsies every year since then, so I'm at least at 25 or 26, but it seems several people have me beat!

I posted some time ago before PCR was standard that I had 28 bone marrows. I don't remember who, but someone beat that. I have tried to compute the number os sticks (not including blood taken from catheters). Six years on Interferon sticking once per day added to the number of blood sticks in the arm, I come up with about 3,000 sticks. Anybody beat that? We've come a long way, Baby!
