Hi Jeanie,
Even though I haven't responded lately I enjoy all the postings on CML
Hope. I take my Gleevec after
dinner (about 6:30 pm) with about 20 ounces of water. The prescription post
says 8 ounces of water but I get a little nausea when I drink small amounts of
water. I've belonged to Zavie's zero club for about a year but I
didn't keep a record of my number. Its been about a year since I reached
PCR negative. I was diagnosed in May 2005 & started taking Gleeve at the end
of May, I thought my live was over but thanks to God, a good doctor, Gleevec &
all the great sharing from all you wonderful people I found that my live was
just starting.
God bless you Jeanie & all the other survivors, especially the newbies
that life goes on, a little differently than before but its not the end of
the road.
Frank
