I used to take Gleevec in the a.m., 400mg all at once.  This made me
terribly nauseated and I needed to take a half a Zofran to get through
the morning.  It was suggested to me that I might take 200mg in the
a.m. and 200 mg in the p.m., directly after breakfast and dinner.
This has worked out very well for me, holding me at "undetectable" and
cutting the nausea way way down to the point that I rarely need to
take half a Zofran.  VReiter
