Hi Suzieq, I've been on Gleevec since 2001 and have had many eye bleeds, some minor and some major and I never feel a thing. Most times someone where I work will say whats wrong with your eye and I know that it's all red. The last one I had was about two weeks ago and it was the worst one yet. About two thirds of the white of the right eye was solid dark red, from the out side going toward the nose side. It took longer to go away than any of the previous ones, about six days of it turning all different colors. Very bothersome! Jim Rodeghier

The corner was very red and bloody looking.....my husband and my son, both, have eye bleeds off and on (I think they finally decided it is when the are under a lot of stress when it happens the most) but never as bad looking as the one I was having. Don't know when it started.....wasn't there in the morning when I got up that morning. Thankfully, it had lessened greatly by the next morning and was soon cleared up. My husband asked me that night when he noticed it if it hurt as his does sometimes. I said, "No.....can't feel a thing."
