Thanks to all for their prayers on Bethany & her family's behalf. They are much appreciated.
She goes on the eighteenth to have her port put in and her first treatment of Chemotherapy. Our church is purchasing them a gas card to help pay for their gas to and from the hospital each time to help them out financially. Her mom and dad both work, but have low paying jobs. I am 100% sure these treatments & medical care aren't going to be cheap. Bethany is very "talkative" and is a sweet, active little girl.....she talks to anyone & always has. I am sure she will do fine throughout this ordeal......but I know it will be stressful on the family. I am doing good as far as the CML goes........no more eye bleeds so far.....had a very bad bout of fatigue yesterday while out with my mom grocery shopping. Had to go and check out my stuff and sit down to wait on my 79 year old frail mother. Haven't been bothered with that too much until then. Who knows......these side affects come and go all the time. I just wished they would come and then leave for good, LOL!!! My CBC counts all looked very good......staying right around the same each time I've gone to the doctor (& I actually saw the doctor this time instead of the nurse practitioner!). She's talking about possibly stretching out my check ups up to maybe six months. That would be good, I think. Blessings to you all, Keep Looking Up, Suzieq --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ [CMLHope] A support group of http://cmlhope.com ------------------------------------------------- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CMLHope" group.
