Dear Friends:

Hope all going well around everybody.

I am 28 years old now. I was diagnosed CML in Nov 2004 with WBC = 230’000. I
start 400mg of Gleevec and after 2 month I increase it to 600mg (until now).  I
was doing PCR test every 6 month and all of them was negative. So I was in
Complete Molecular Response until January 2008 that my PCR was Positive. I done
QPCR test at Feb 2008 which my BCR-ABL/ABL =0.182%. I redone my QPCR at Aug
2008 and my
BCR-ABL/ABL = 0.49%

I have a question. What should I do? Increasing my Gleevec to 800mg? Switching
to Sprycel? stay at 600 mg and redone my QPCR test after 3 month?

I didn’t have any side effect so I was in Gleevec without any interruption at
these years.
My WBC is 4500 now and my CBC is very good.

Your opinions are so valuable for me
Thank you in Advance
Hoosha
